Legacy- 2015 Deer Season

It was a slow season. I hunted in zones 8A, 8M, 8G, 8H. Fewest amount of deer I've seen in a long time. I did manage to get this buck and a doe .

 

Superb deer - now that it truly a 120-130 class eight point!!!!!

I shot this buck a couple weeks ago wed. before Thanksgiving he is nice 135" 10 point. Saw him August on a trail cam and thought maybe he was hit by a car or poached as we didn't see him again until the week before thanksgiving when we saw him or thought it was him run into our swamp. 

 

He has a huge head I have never seen a deer with such a large head. Also he made most of his score in his mass because his inside spread was 14 1/2" outside was 17 1/8". 5" bases and held up to 4 3/8" up past the G3's. Bases were a little bigger than a redbull can.

10 pt with gun 7pt with bow saw hardly and doe this year in 8g. Don't know what the deal is but did see lots of coyote

Nice deer everyone! Sweet looking dog too! Dark one! Im giving it hell sunday. Looking to fill freezer so not much is safe being its my last chance. Handful of bucks hanging together where I hunt. Hoping to get a shot at one. Gotten lucky before on the final hour, who knows! Goodluck to all!

Tuesday 12/15/2015 after a few hours of pushing we were rewarded. Might not be the biggest but it's definitely a trophy. Can't wait until he's old enough to take to the woods.
