CANNON DOWNRIGGER REPAIR

I have a cannon Mag10 that stalls on the way up and restarts all on its own. :x Motor's shot?? Anyone know where I can get it repaired? Cost?

Just a thought............did you check the brake/ I had mine too tight one time and that's how it acted.............
