Niagara is still blowing weird out into Canadian water on Ontario.

That looks like a pic of Lake Erie if I am not mistaken but your sentence says Niagra is blowing into Canadian water. Niagra flows out of Erie into Ontario so the pic at west end of Erie is the Detroit River flowing into Erie

Seeing that Gill-T fishes both lakes, I think he knows that.  I think he is talking about the upper right corner of the photo.
