Hey guys ive got an itch to go catch some lakers or rainbows at skan, never fished for them much so and advice would be great, ive got all the trolling equipment (lead core and dipsys) and how deep should i be fishing for them

Fish 40 to 60 ft of water with small natural spoons over various depths. Bait fish are small and usally perch. Like stated before I've had luck on that lake with red and white also. I usally fish the south and of the lake out of Scott park. Fish the points and drop offs.

Im gonna give it a try next weekend, roughly what speed should i be trolling

Slow 2 to 2.5 mph gps. What I try to stay around. Some times slower than 2 to. I'd stat around 2 though

Rainbows like it faster around 3 GPS speed remember just because your going 3 dont mean your spoons are
