Making a trip in morning. Anyone else going to be out?

Im gonna try tomorrow (Mon)....1st time in years...small boat...looks like its gonna be a decent day for it.  Going out of Little Salmon.  Let me know if there are any salmon left!!!

No luck for me. Best marks I was getting were over 70fow 20-30 down. I stayed inside 50fow most the day and am seriously regretting it looking back.

Pretty good bite last two days from Selkirk to the big river from 5 pm through dark,everything and anything took fish,spoons,paddles,meat,2 color,5 color,riggers and dipsies.2 for 5 sAturday and that came from 3 to 5,and today we went 9 for 13,10 of the 13 bites came between 6 and 8.40 to 50 fow wa best.

Did good yesterday also from Selkirk to just north of the river, ran back and forth in the 40 FOW range ended 6 for 8!

Same area for us today but much slower...marked a few groups here and there but not very active at 0-3...but a great trip anyways!

Awesome, weather permitting I will be out there in my kayak tomorrow afternoon hoping to get a rod to fire.  How far down do I need to get my lures?  I have a jet diver 40 to run a spoon and probably will run a plug on the other rod.

Scratch that plan, 14mph winds tomorrow and unless it slows down to half that by late afternoon I will be forced to fish from the pier.

Green hornet- you ever try just fishing the river mouths on bad days. Oswego seems like it would be calm enough for the kayak. Sterling creek at fair heaven might be worth a look as well.

i fished the mouth of grindstone last night a little with no luck. could have actually taken the kayak since i have been in much worse with no problem

I would love to get a salmon out of my kayak this season. i hope the wind is down on sunday so i can try. are hot shot 35s too small or should i troll with something bigger? this is my first year trolling for salmon and still learning.

Salmon tend to do reaction strikes to things that bug them this time of year. Go big on one rod atleast and see what happens.

Cool thanks. I have a NK magnum spoon in Natural born killer I was thinking of running behind a green jet diver on 1 rod and maybe a hot color hot shot 35 straight lined on the other rod to start with at least.  I have a fish finder on the kayak so I will have to see what depth  I'm getting the most marks at and go from there.

Went out of salmon river....nothing not one mark anywhere...from river to 60 ft. River dead too.

i trolled from selkirk to the SR and back 3 times sunday from 40' to 13' and didnt get a hit or see any jumps the whole morning.

Headed out Monday and will report what I find
