With the talk about fish sent been thinking again, of taking the wifes spatula, or simular item and scraping slime off salmon into jar for lure dip ,or shampoo.. kinda manly might even grow hair <(me). what would work as a preservative to keep couple days.

Ray we used to use Borax to cure salmon eggs maybe that would work for you.

:idea: :idea: ....tequila seems to keep that little worm in pretty good shape for years. Should work on fish slime... :roll:

Only problem is you'll have to drink the tequila to get to the slime. Maybe you should use small bottles so you'll be able to fish most the day.
