Don't give the boat away just yet. It's not boat buying season. Take it off the market until Spring time and list it on several web sites. Someone might want to "road" test it before they buy it to make sure the hull and motor are solid.  $1100 probably won't buy your next boat anyway (if you are selling to buy another boat). just my opinion... I hate to see people getting ripped off, and that goes for both buyers and sellers.
