Fingerlakes mixed bag

Got out late Sunday morning to get some perch for myself and take the little one out for a short trip. First cast was a 5lb smallmouth and my son doubled on perch on his first cast. We had to move alot to find good schools. Our last stop was spectacular with several 12-13 inch perch cast after cast. Everyones line but mine anyway.. Several big pickeral. Great few hours on the lake. Had a couple small ones deep hook that we had to keep.

Now, that's a DAD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Heading off with the spouse of 51 years ( married, i mean ) for some jigging, and probably the last jigging til Spring.........but you never know with this weather.  I may get there again. Aren't these Finger Lakes the ultimate or at least close to it !!
