I hope they don't give any to the Waneta and Lamoka Lake association to put more weed killer in the lakes. They have already killed too many weeds (including native vegetation) in Waneta Lake, which is causing problems with algae and it looks like the fish populations have also suffered.

Seems to me it is a bit like the horse is already out of the barn for most places I'm familiar with  but I guess late may be a little better than never.
