lunched out of IBAY set upin 55 fow foggy as hell out headed north too 100 fow nothing , picked up went out too 180 set back up and trolled too 220 nothing , turned and head SW for the stacks off russel station hit 90 fow infront of the genny and hit a pair of kings on the wires boated one and lost one worked the same water for another hour or so with no more takers , the fish hit S.D HAMMER FLYs , the fish didnt touch orange cruch , water mellon , glow frog , frog , purple thunder , at 11am the boat was over taken by flys , flies , bee"s and about 10 other kinds of bugs biting the crap out of us never had a problem as bad as this , three guys waving towels and tee shirts around ! big bug problem for us whats the best way too deal with these suckers , O temps where 50 to 52 down 40 and 42 degrees down 80 . john

hey moto we had the same problem with the little bugs what a pain in the ass we caught 2 steelies 1 coho and little king. our biggest steelie weighted 9.75 lbs took 3 of the four fish of the yecks purple thunder.
