Russell will have an interesting variety of Mad River's 2016 Holographic Tapes & Die Cuts next weekend at the Greater Niagara Fishing & Outdoor Expo, Niagara Falls, New York. Many holographic and plasma UV tapes are new to the fishing tackle industry for 2016.
