Mud Bay June 6th thru June 9th

Went to Mud Bay for our annual fishing trip. Man the Northerns were in thick. The first night we caught around 30 Northerns in about 21/2 hours. The second night we fished we probably had 20 more. The fish were all big ones and were very healthy. Heres some pics.......

Those pike are like ants out there. Such a nice place. Thats a great pike.

where you after eyes? or was esox your mission.....

We were mainly after Essox. We did troll for a short time in Chamout with negative results.....

what did you take the northerns on and how deep? Did you try over through hardscrabble at all, thats always produces some nice ones

Caught the Northerns on slow retrieved gold spoons. All the fish were near Fox and Grenadier Islands. Most of them came near Grenadier near basin Harbor.
