Everything grabs lakers in May. 30 to 50 feet of water.

Example. Two spoons for this one in May. Took one rigger then crossed over to the opposite one. What a glutton!:D

As far as spoons for summer, the big fire tiger evil eye flutter spoon. Under 2 mph on the bottom at 90 to100 feet.

Greenhead,

The chartreuse and lime green is the color of the peanut that i pull behind the cowbells.

I'm amazed so many of you have luck with the greens for lakers. Never caught anything on them. Always only have luck with something pink or purple. Pink mostly. Go figure.

I need some guidance on speeds for april-may. Also if using pro trolls do u run s&g behind them or spoons?

What can u run behind cowbells or lake trolls? Spoons and or spin and glows?

Hard to beat a flat fist behind cowbells or hammer heads.

Lakers can see a chartreuse-green color better than any other color.  Give it another shot sometime!

I wrote a cannon ball modification set up for bouncing bottom about a year ago, another safer set up

Not so much greens but more of the bright florescent fruity colors.  Whites in Dodger and flies or jigs.
