Oneida canal

Anyone know whether Oneida and the canal on the east end are frozen or not? Got into the 'eyes there a few years ago in my boat before the season closed on the 15th, but it was a really rare occurrence. Don't think it's been warm enough, but wondered if anyone knew. Awful long drive from Rochester just to take a look!
