Wanted New Captain getting started on first rig. Need stuff and power cord/transducer for Furuno

I am finally getting my first charter boat rigged.........of course it is being surveyed on Friday.  I am in need of a lot of stuff.  I was given a very nice head unit with an extra tube.  It's a Furuno FCV 581.  

 

I also am in need of a rocket launcher type deal for the boat.   It's a 1985 Sea Ray Amberjack 255.  It's a rag top. 

 

Along the back of the boat is a small riser with a rotten piece of wood that runs along the gunwale.  I would love to replace that and raise it up a little with a nice piece of aluminum or the like.  Let me know if any of you have gear or advice.  i appreciate it all!  Thanks!
