Is the Sampson launch on Seneca open? I'm guessing it is but if anyone knows for sure please let me know.

It was open Saturday with the rest of the ice being in the far north end of the marina

Had to launch on south end, wind was pretty bad up north. Slow day trolled north along the east side. Got 5 lakers and a 20" salmon. Salmon hit the rigger spoon as I popped the release and let it work up to surface.
