Building Shelves in cuddy

Were going to build some shelves in the cuddy on a 25' sportcraft hardtop. Anybody have any tips on building them. were going to build them were we can bolt wood to the walls which would be in the side of the entrance and at the end there is a sall compartment which you can get behind the wall.
