Genesee river launch

What's with the cones blocking the Genesee river launch. No signs or explanations? Anybody know?

i just called the city of rochester information hotline and they said they have no record of it being closed.i am going to use it in the morning

I used it on Tuesday and there was only one launch clear. The other two had snow or logs blocking them. When I checked this afternoon it looked like all three were clear. I don't think the cones are anything official.

Construction crews are connecting the new marina with the river as of last Monday. I was asked to leave the area as shovels and payloaders moved boulders around, and dug out the entrance channel. I don't think they work on weekends so you should be good to go.
