anybody hitting browns or salmon on the surface with boards yet?

Two guy I know fished south of deans all the way to Sheldrake and back no fish last weekend

We fished the south end on 3/12 and got a few browns and salmon on boards and also casting. The salmon were small but some of the browns were nice. We also got into a bunch of pickerel.

Launched out of T Falls last Saturday 3/12  trolled shoreline North caught one 7 lb Brown lost two others at boat on Sticks must have caught at least 25 salmon all in the 16 to 20 inch range on spoons and sticks they sure did keep us busy.

Was out today checking temps, along the east shore it is around 42° and up near the white light house on the south end we did fine 44° water. Not many boats out still pretty slow.
