Want to get a veterans opinion on the weather forecast at Mexico for this coming Saturday.......Coming from the Canada side but if I get the opinion it might not be worth it I will wait till next week.

Risky according to marine forecast. I would wait if I was coming from far.

Thanks....I will wait until next weekend unless there is a dramatic change in the forecast.  Getting antsy!  But better safe than sorry!

Yes, good idea to hold off, here is the forecast for now:

Saturday

Southwest winds 15 to 20 knots becoming northwest and increasing to 35 knot gales. Rain showers likely during the day... then lake effect snow and rain showers Saturday night. Waves 1 to 3 feet building to 7 to 10 feet.

Sunday

Northwest gales to 35 knots diminishing to 5 to 10 knots. Lake effect snow showers likely during the day...then snow likely Sunday night. Waves 10 to 14 feet subsiding to 3 to 5 feet.

Let's hope next weekend for cast is better I will be up for four days starting Thursday!!
