Cold weather over weekend and early next week I/O antifreeze

Micromanagement minute:  I/O owners as a reminder we are still in the danger zone for cold temps that can crack an I/O block.  Before you head out this weekend, pick up some non-toxic antifreeze and run it thru your engine after you pull out. I am seeing lows near 17 degrees early next week.......

at the minimum unscrew ALL block and manifold drains and drain water!!! also make sure your power steering cooler is also dry!!

I know a lot of guys will hang a light bulb on the bottom of the engine cowl to keep the temp above freezing

Was 10 degrees at my place last night about 25 miles inland of Lake O -  I hope no one had any issues!
