That one wasn't. My younger boy has had the passion since a young age.

The last one was a youth hunt, he guided his sister.

It was a big bird, 31 inch fan, almost 27 lbs. By himself.

Don't they look lousy wet? Sucks cuz the bird was a pig, and with his bow.

Those photos are great! Reminds me of my boys birds, this one had 1 5/8" spurs, he spent a total of three hours hunting in two years. He killed another one with 1 1/4" spurs. That was 7 years ago, they grow up fast he is married and in the army now.

Btw he called in that biggest bird with his own mouth call.

I still don't think he gets how hard it really is to kill birds like that.
