I know the weather isn't perfect for a picnic but the eyes are in the creek and the as of yesterday morning, the males were bumping the females.  By bumping, I mean taking nature's course.  By taking natures course, I mean doin the nasty.  By doing the nasty, I mean a nice segue into teaching your kids about the birds and bees.  The water was gin clear too.

Yeah not all that intimate but at least the males don't have to listen to "I have a headache"

Took a ride down this AM, fair number of 'eyes and just a few northern's. None have reached the dam yet. Decent size to the walleye's, nothing substantially sized in the pike department. Bonus is all the waterfowl that are migrating, hundreds all around the lake and farther south in the ponds/marshes.
