launch docks

finally have the chance to get back out tomarrow the weather looks decent but i'll likely be fishing with only a newbie.  this makes launching a little harder.  does anyone know if the docks are in yet at I-bay or bear creek?  I have seen rumors about the genny being closed and dredging in hughs does anyone have any confirmations?  i did bear creek last time and it was tough with just the sea wall and no dock and an incoming surge not sure I could do it with the new guy

Just tried calling DEC to find out.  Region 8 offices are closed weekends.  Not helpful.

you can use the genny launch on the weekends.if cones are blocking the entrance just move them.they are just there to keep people out while they work on weekdays.i-bay is supposed to be in by now but who know with this winter weather if they have done it yet.
