How do you guy's get your otter boats so they pull harder and off more to the sides,  I run boards and thought about buying boats, But I see a lot of guys boats are running way back behind there boat ??

You can get double keels or I just moved the knot up further to the front of my otter and that made a world of difference. . Not sure how you have your reels set up but mine are mounted at the rear of my hard top and I mounted a small pulley at the front of my hard top to run the planer line thru and that has helped a lot too.. One thing about otter boards is they are great in rough water in the past with the older style boards with no keels have actually had a board flip over a few time and run all the way across my spread causing an unbelievable mess lol... Not Fun!!
