I'm selling a 1987 Johnson 28hp long shaft outboard motor, possibly with controls. It's a great running motor, perfect idle and trolling is exceptional. Electric start, and fires up on first turn without a fight every time.

It's currently on my boat, so let me know if you want to see it running at the dock in the Rochester area.

$1,200 obo. I would trade for a decent 40-60hp if possible.
