Another nice morning

Sitting in a blind on a guiet foggy morning, hearing the world come alive with the sound of song birds and gobbles is a great way to hear from God and appreciate his creation.

I had 3 jakes appear in the fog which were joined by 2 more. They were fanning and chasing out around 200 yards. Decided to sneak out and try some perch fishing and when I did 3 more birds had joined in the show. Managed to take around 25 perch after the short hunt.

I've heard gobbles and seen birds every morning. Just roosted 3 jakes and a Tom but there were also 8 hens. Know where I'lll be in the morning but might be tough with all those eyes and hens. Then I'm off to Canada in the afternoon.

Pulled him off a bearded hen 930 yesterday hunted him for 3 days 10 in beard 1 in spur s 22 lb

Great bird fisherman85. I had 9 jakes in front of me all morning . Three finally made there way into my decoys at 20 yards. Passed on them as I'm waiting for a Tom.

Still been able to hear gobbles and see some birds each morning. Likely a short hunt this morning if the predicted rain arrives.
