Henderson Lakers

Being new to the area I have to ask LOU community about lake trout in Henderson /Stony island area at this season. I did ok last fall for them but could not find them last weekend in shallow(50-60) ft. Help is greatly appreciated.

Last report I saw that was last weekend was between calf and Big Galloo 120-150' I would say off the finger, 120-150' would be good also!!

Last weekend 100 feet of water and down 100 feet was good for lakers off nine mile pt. We also found them suspended and up high over 100 feet of water. I also heard of reports of good laker fishing out a little deeper.

I fished the finger Saturday 150', was slow in the am. Took a couple on the bottom and another at 120 over 150. 20# laker was the one at 120 took it on a chartreuse and white stinger. Other two on blue silver bells with a peanut. Bite improved in the afternoon according to another Captain that was near by.
