Running wire to my battery in a Superfisherman

Hi everyone-does anyone have any experience running electric downriggers to the battery on a Superfisherman. I am having a hard tim figuring out the best option. The battery is in the flooring, not in the back where it would be easier. Any experiences would be appreciated!

I have a 2001 superfisherman. My starting battery is under the rear casting deck. I have a fuse block mounted to the wall behind the battery and connected each down rigger and some lighting to separate leads.
