Thanks Scott i appreciate it.  Im going to try a couple things tonight if i cant get it working ill come and see you in the morning and try a bag

When you squeeze the inline bulb does it get hard and stay at that. Sound like its pulling air on the rev. up and then slows down on the account of either not enough fuel or to much. When it slows down does it smoke like hell, if not then it's not getting enough fuel, I'd switch out the primer bulb, they can make you pull your hair out.
