Interesting day on Cayuga today. Got a late jump, and launched out of Long Point at 9:00. Ran across the lake to set up above Sheldrake point, and a thunder storm started to roll in before we got the boards out. Pointed it north and outran the storm. After the storm passed, headed back south and set up over some marks in 30 FOW. While getting the spread set, had a rigger fire (15' down over 40 FOW) and boated a 24" laker. Worked south for another 45 mins or so, and had a drone show up on our stern. Someone's got some big brass sending one of those things that far from shore.... Decided to run south to look for fish, but Mrs. B found Sheldrake winery first. Stopped in for lunch at O'Malleys, and ended up having to wait out another storm. BIG BAIT this year, found a 5" alewife in today's catch. Go big or go home!post-157032-14645674541768_thumb.jpgl

Went 11/13 yesterday. A few rainbows in the 18-22 range, a nice 26' Brown and and a few Lakers in the 28' range. Lot a big one that got wrapped in the leader and broke off. That one will bother me for awhile. They are not deep. Keep missing thunderstorms all day which kept the boat traffic down.
