Shad flies SLR

Shad flies were as bad as I have ever seen them around Clayton usually only see them up around Lisbon area , still not as bad as they are up that way.Tried the river tonight , haven't been down there in a while. The bite was slow caught a few bass and some gobies might of had one eye on just for a second but never did get to see it so not sure . Better days ahead hopefully.

It should only improve. Seems to be spotty right now. Hit them good one night and slow another. Need to hit different spots and look for the bait. Good luck.

ditto here too...moving around to find fish that want to cooperate....pick one here, one there. Had a decent night a couple days ago, but also have had some no action nights to go along with it.

 

Shad flies? Have a buddy in Fishers Landing. North west wind brigs them in in SHEETS.
