If you have a diving sub I donated 15 of them (Seth Green when it was legal to run that many) to the barge Gods on Seneca years ago They are probably still out there in exactly 500 ft of water

Take two pieces if wood like 1x4 cut it like 3 1/2" sandwich the lure between the wood and squeeze it together in a vice. If the crease is still there lightly tap on the crease with a flat headed hammer, should come out good as used LOL. Seriously that's an easy fix. Good luck, yes I cherish all my 44's I tell the guys don't even think about it!! LOL

Call sutton co. I got 6 west river spoons from them in April the gentleman told he has a player and is back up and running.

Talked to him on Facebook earlier in the spring and he said he wouldn't have any 44's anytime soon. Not sure why they are different than others.i have 6 or seven other numbers, but not any other 44's. Hate to even hook them on the line.

The one I have is copper and silver but I am interested in the hammered silver and the brass sutton if you are willing to part with them for a decent price

44's and 35's are all over Ebay, I even have some i would be willing to trade, I'm looking for 32's , the heavier ones not flutter thin ones, either all silver or silver with the copper back. And i spoke to the man at Sutton this week and he is out of almost everything, having a plating problem.

Check out the Blade Runner 44 lures....they are the same shape and thickness. Once I found them and wasn't able to get the Suttons I haven't looked back.
