If you can't locate one look into making it your self. Google fishing lure making supplies. Mud hole is one there are lots of places, but there's like 3-4 major ones, even mom & pop shops carry it or they can order it for you. There was a guy on here that sells pre-cut tape for spoons, Dodgers, spinnys. I'm going to look him up as he has the fireworks scene for Dodgers. When I find him I'll give you a heads up. Maybe others will chime in here as to the other main fishing lure supplies, I just can't remember as of now.

Warrens hook line and sinker in Sodus Point still has a bunch of NK spoons for sale. I picked through them awhile back and I believe they may have the one you described.

Trying to find a spoon.

Spoon wrapped in florescent yellow with red stripe angle down front..

Caught many fish on it. . Lost over weekend...

Not sure where to look to replace it...
