Fished 4 hours, 8-12, 100-130 caught four salmon three Atlantics and one king weighed 18 lbs. fish all came between 80-100 down over 120. Temp was 57 at 100. Two on spoons tuxedo and two dipsey out 300 with mtndew with glow hammer fly, great day calm , straight out of little salmon.

Fished in front of catfish this morn 5 for 5 three Browns and two small kings all on riggers 50 to 80 down over 125-140 all spoons chicken wing took 4 that last pic looks like a nice steelhead not an Atlantic.

These steelhead were released but none of them had the pink stripe. What's the best way to tell? Atlantics that I have caught in Adirondacks are green on top with dots ,with full forked tail. These fish had a slight v tail almost square with no green. These all silver.

Most steel you get on the lake will have a very faint if any stripe at all. Just look for the flat end tale, shorter snout and white gums.
