It measures right around 32 feet long, model 31FRBH, (BH is Bunkhouse) has 2 slide-outs, comes with hitch. Garage kept! Go off grid with full solar power.

BH stands for bunkhouse, this model has a set of bunk beds in the rear, queen bed in the front (new $900 firm mattress), plus a sofa bed and dining area that converts to bed.

 

As for extras, it was factory made with extra tall master bedroom and heated basement. Not sure if upgrade or not but has 80 gallon fresh water tank and 2, 40 lb LP tanks. Upgraded batteries from 2 to 4 Optima Yellow Tops, added 2,000 watts of solar charging and a 2500 watt inverter. Also added TracVisions in-motion fully automatic Directv satellite system and 2 flat screen tv's with built in DVD players.

 

Given the great condition and extras, the owner would need to get $25k for the unit which would include the 5th wheel hitch if interested.
