I have a '97 2352 with a 350. I have trolled with it but did need bags to slow me down. If you are serious about trolling you can adjust the prop for a cheaper option but will sacrifice on top end.

I have a 8hp high thrust and strongly suggest that if you can swing it. Saves on gas, and insurance of a second motor should your main go down

My autopilot is raymarine hydraulic and is Plummed into my main. I connect my main to my kicker with an EZ steer bracket.
