I just read the rules - it looks like you don't need an observer for Friday but you better have one on Saturday.

observer has to go to captains meeting fri.  Nick my friend is still down.  pm me if you need his #.  i know he txt you when u posted this originally.

Bsmaster, observer needs to be there Friday night for captains meeting. I fish this every year and pro ams.

Besides, we let our observer fish with us Friday to enjoy some water time.
