How bad do they collect on a line that is angled? Like pulling dipsys?

It almost seems as wire on the dipsey's catches more than mono. It's horrible especially when you in a battle with a slob of a king on the other end

Out of Hughes today and they seemed worse as the day progressed, spend as much time washing boat off as I do cleaning fleas from mono, wire and rigger cables.

Fleas will collect on your divers just as bad as on your riggers but wire tends to cut thru them as you reel in

 

Don't use braid on your divers, they will be a real mess

We have a set of rods with 50 lb Big Game spooled that we break out when the fleas are bad.
