Shipping Lanes

I spent the weekend fishing out of Henderson Harbor and fished the lanes both days. Saturday was a little rough with left over swells but landed 8 lakers and 1 huge mature king weighing 21lbs and lost 2 others. Sunday we had 7 lakers, 1 king and lost another large mature king that screamed out 150 ft of line. Overall a good weekend!

That is a nice king! There are some nice ones out there and good that you landed that one. The one day I went out with my friend on his boat we had a king peel out over 500ft of line and he managed to get him back to the boat but it got off right at the boat unfortunately. We could see it was a huge one most likely close to the 40# range by the way it looked in the water. It really sucked!!
