I run mostly flasher/fly rigs for kings in the fall. Been using 20 lb. big game for many years but have been recently viewing seaguar invizx and other fluorocarbon mainlines. I've had problems with twisting and would like to know if Ontario Salmon fisherman recommend using the fluorocarbon mainlines or what best to run for downrigging fall kings.

I just leave the 30 lb SeaFlee on all season and leader down with 12lb Seaguar for the Finger Lakes and 20 lb for lake O.. I think the brittle stiff nature of fluoro is fine for leaders but not so great for mainlines. and especially so for the riggers.
