Trouble with Fish Hawk

Has anyone had any trouble with their FishHawk X4 diplay unit shutting down?  I have tried a hard reset, but when I power it on it runs for about a minute, picks up the probe, looks like it is giving us an accurate reading then powers off.  Any ideas?

Yowza!!!! I know what your problem is(maybe)!!! I bet you are running a Mercury outboard, probably 2 stroke???

What does a 2 stroke Mercury have to do with it?I have experienced that on my fish hawk x4d
