Looking for a mobile park

Didn't know where to post this, I'm searching for a place close to Carlton island on the SLR to spend our summers fishing, looking for opinions good or bad on local mobile home parks with a protected slip. Thanks for any help.

Rough rider not sure if any are for sale right now but I was in Island Shadows mobile home park. Right across from Feather Bed Shoals and Carlton Island. Great place and protected Marina.

Willow Shores is near there also with protected marina. I know someone in there. Never said anything bad about it.
