Waneta Lake- Mark Troy Tournament Date?

Just wanted to check the date for the Mark Troy Tournament.  I want to make sure I have it on the Calendar.  I assume its less than 2 months away.

The MI 69 tourney is Nov. 5th I believe.

This is correct. We are concerned about the water level and crossing our fingers that it goes up. I am not sure if there might have been a recent rise. If it is too low to navigate the canal, it could cause cancellations.

If the water is too low for larger boats we could always do it as a canoe/kayak/cartop tournament....

I was out yesterday, I think there should be no issue with having the tourney. The water was a little low but I had no issues launching, loading, or navigating the channel. I think we are past the point of the water dropping any more, hopefully it will rise some more before the tourney.

That's good. I heard at one point that the level was 2 feet low. I don't know how much rain they have had lately which may have helped. We have had several good rainfalls lately in Rochester.

It didn't seem much lower than normal, when we were loading the boat up, there was so much runoff, the ramp looked like a waterfall.
