I would have sat down in 85 fow and worked out

Band;

I had 72 degrees down to 80' of water, pretty warm for kings.

Trolled for 5 hours this morning for 1 hit. Screamer. Pulled off a couple hundred feet of line. Then stopped and my drag seized up. Held him for a bit while I played with it then he made another go and straightened the hook.

ARRRGHHH!!!!

So frustrating. But at least I had some action.

Did another run with Dad from 4-7pm. Nothing again until the screen lit up at 7. Hit one on the wire Dipsy and Dad said, we better not get a double. So, of course, we did.

Made the whole day worth it.

If any one figured out how to tickle the salmons fancy, please share. We got one 25lb saturday and a 15 sunday with one swing and a miss both days. 90 to 120 big marks all over the bottom. Lots of followers, just not much for takers. All hits on meat dragged behind the wire divers.
