For paddles we attached plug in black lights to the inside of a plastic toolbox. Plugs into boat power outlet. Didn't take a genius, So you may have a shot! :lol:

We just use led light in a white bucket. Just dump in the stuff you want charged. It's been our experience that a dull glow is better than a bright glow on anything but flashers. We have spent a bunch of before light mornings in the last 2 yrs experimenting with this.

I bought some led black light uv strips and attached them in a cheap Stanley plastic toolbox. Then wrapped whole inside of toolbox with "mirror" vinyl wrap for maximum light reflection. Works like a charm.

The problem I have is this: When I buy a spoon I take it out of the package and throw the package away. Then, I have NO IDEA what color it is, if it is glow, if it is UV, or what.

If its early morning and still kinda dark just hit the box with a flashlight for few seconds....you'll see which ones are glow
