I have a older Mariner 9.9 two stroke. Been thinking of upgrading to 4 stroke, but really the old girl purrs like a kitten, and really has very low hours on it for its age. I know I would kick myself if I sold it also. Also works great on 14' puddle jumper.

Why u selling the 9.8. I'm thinking about buying a new one

It is a 9.9 2 stroke. It's been sitting on the boat for long time without me ever using it. Ever since I put a smaller propeller on the main engine I can troll at 1.9 while running 800rpm which is some years ago.
