The fish are there but it's been tough to get them to go, you're probably better off trying the bar.

Thanks. I think we're going to hit up Erie Monday then head east tue and wen. If the weather holds that is. Any hotels close to the niagara bar you recommend ?

I'm not aware of any but it's 12 miles from Wilson and 18 Miles from olcott. Lewiston might have a hotel but I'm not sure.

Just a heads up if you launch at fort niagara state park I recommend you use the south launch. My trailers fallen off the end of the north ramp several times.

So we got blanked at olcott today. My buddy landed 3 out of the ok Sunday. We're debating weather or not to go to the oak or niagara. Any thoughts ? We had fish jumping around us all morning till noon but they wouldn't eat anything at olcott

They bite better at night. I'm done trolling for the year but the casting bite is just about to break wide open. We did 5 kings Monday night and fish were surfacing everywhere.
