I'm going to try fishing the lower Niagara tomorrow for the first time.  The plan is to drift for steelhead/Salmon.  I have a Fishmaster 196 with a bunch of tackle.  Which launch is best to use?    which area should I concentrate on?  Are there any good tackle stores nearby that I can stop at? What lures/bait are best this time of year?  Im assuming that most people use three way rigs to drift?  Thanks in advance for your help.

Drift speed needs to be right, keep your line straight up & down in the water no angle to it & just tick the top of the rocks with your sinker.  use minnows or egg sacks or try just one egg. Hope this helps but I am no expert.   Have fun!
