Bird barrel for 870?

Wondering any places near Rochester I could buy a bird barrel for 870 pump shotgun. I bought it long time ago and only hunted deer but I now own land near Montezuma and might get into duck/goose/turkey hunting. It seems when I go to gun stores they tell me to just buy another gun. Not sure what would be cheaper. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Why not just buy it from an on line dealer like Midway USA and have it shipped to your home?  Much cheaper than buyng a new gun. If you need to pick it up in person for some reason, order from Gander Mountain or Bass Pro and have it shipped to their store.

I did this same thing a couple years ago, try cheaperthandirt.com.  Midwayusa (as mentioned above) is also good

 

It is cheaper to buy a new barrel rather than a whole new gun.  You can get Remington factory barrels and I believe Mossberg makes barrels for the 870 too.  Either should work, though I stayed with a factory barrel
